New 0.6.0 version of the Naval Battles rules can be downloaded HERE
There are some significant changes in this update. It tries to reflect the feedback from growing playerbase, which is mostly conserned with the game being too much boarding action-oriented. As I totally sthare this oppinion, some mechanisms to balance the long-range and close-combat aspects were added. Check the change log for the particular changes.
